Travel courses during Spring Term and coursework done at the University's international sites in Greece are reflected directly onto your transcript with the letter grade earned. Your grades will have a direct impact upon your grade point average.
Students enrolled in CCIS programs or the Irish/American Scholarship Program (BEI), course with final grades of C- or higher are reflected on the University transcript as "S" for satisfactory. Grades earned below C- are indicated on the transcripts as "U" for unsatisfactory. Grades earned on these programs are not calculated directly into the grade point average.

Grades earned on external programs will not be directly reflected on the University transcript. Transfer credit appears on the academic record and the hours are included in the overall earned hours, but it does not calculate into the student's grade point average.
