External programs have no affiliation with the University. Students must pay the entire cost of an external program out of their own pocket or have the external program process financial aid for the student.
Students participating in external programs are not registered with the University of Indianapolis during their experience abroad. Credits earned in those programs are transferred back to the University according to the standard transfer policy.
External programs must be offered by an accredited educational institution and be approved by the International Division.
